POWER BATTERY PACK TRAINING BENCH

DESCRIPTION

This demonstration panel is designed for the study of a lithium iron phosphate power battery pack. A single battery 3.2V 50AH is supplied with aluminum square case, 23 strands in total, 73.6V 50AH of total capacity (3.7 kilowatt-hour) and integrated BMS battery management system.

The device gives the opportunity to develop students’ ability to analyse and process the failures of lithium iron phosphate power battery pack.

 

INSTRUCTION BOARD OF BEV ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This demonstration bench shows the BEV energy management system and it can dynamically simulate the energy flow direction and motor running status during starting, driving at low speed, normal speed, full speed, and reduced speed and stopping of BEV.

 

ELECTRIC DRIVE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM TRAINING BENCH

DESCRIPTION

The training bench is designed to develop the knowledge about main components installed on electric vehicles. The bench reproduces the same functions and control mode of the most popular pure electric vehicles.

This trainer closely represents:

  • The connection and control relationship among the core components of electric drive systems related to the use of new types of clean energy;
  • The installation position;
  • The operating parameters;
  • The safety precautions for high voltage system.

It is developed to improve students’ ability to analyses and process the failures of these types of electric drive system.

 

DEMONSTRATION BENCH OF BEV BRAKING ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM

This demonstration bench shows the BEV braking energy recovery system and it can dynamically simulate the running status under different operating modes.

The device applies to theoretical teaching and maintenance training of the BEV braking energy recovery system for secondary vocational skill schools.

 

DEMONSTRATION BENCH VACUUM ASSISTED ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM

DESCRIPTION

This demonstration bench shows the most common components included in an electric vacuum assisted hydraulic brake system included in electric vehicles powered by new types of energy.

The bench reproduces the same function and control mode of the most popular pure electric vehicles.It represents the connection and control relationship, installation position and operating parameters of each component of an electric vacuum assisted hydraulic brake system.

A vacuum meter shows the vacuum degree, it helps trainees to know the principle that vacuum degree affect the working status of vacuum pump. It also helps trainees to develop the fault analysis and processing skills about electric vacuum assisted brake system.

 

DEMONSTRATION BENCH FOR THE STUDY OF ENERGY CONTROL IN THE FUEL CELL ELECTRIC VEHICLE

This demonstration bench shows a fuel cell electric vehicle energy control strategy and it can dynamically simulate energy flow direction and motor running status at six working conditions such as starting, driving at low speed, normal speed, full speed and reduced speed and stopping of fuel cell electric vehicle.

The device applies to theoretical teaching and maintenance training of the fuel cell electric vehicle energy control strategy system for secondary vocational skill schools.

 

DIDACTIC CHARGING STATION DEMONSTRATOR

DESCRIPTION

Demonstrator developed for the study plug-in electric vehicle charging system structure, charging voltage detection, charging current detection and fault detection analysis. The circuit schematic diagram on the panel show the connection between main components of AC charging station.

The bench panel has been developed with integrated design, simple and elegant, durable, safe and reliable. The base of demonstrator is equipped with a 40cm wide shelf. It is convenient for placing materials, light testing instruments, etc. The equipment is equipped with self-locking casters for flexible movement.
